Delayed Enrollment Deposit Request

The enrollment deposit secures your seat in the incoming class and is due by May 1 for fall enrollment or December 1 for spring enrollment. You may request a deferment of your $400 deposit to your first semester bill, requiring no payment now, if:
  1. Based on submission of your FAFSA, your Expected Family contribution (EFC) is $6,656 or less.
  2. The cost of tuition and fees will be covered by an outside funding source such as the 529 Plan, G.I. Bill, or VA Benefits.
  3. Satisfying the enrollment deposit now will cause a financial hardship for you or your family.
  4. You are a dependent (child, step-child, or spouse) of a Longwood faculty or staff member.
  5. Other (explain below)
